Mentoring Agreement
​
UC Trading ("the provider") offers to provide a futures trading mentoring. The mentoring includes a video course, a Sierra Chart course template, support via an established Discord server as well as two hours private coaching.
The video course is accessible through the provider's website. The mentoring participant receives an email after the purchase including a registration link to access the video course. After completing the video course, the mentoring participant can enter the Discord server; link is provided in the member area.
In order to enter the Discord server, a brief exercise needs to be handed in. The mentoring life-time support is valid for the time the provider runs its Discord server and expires when the Discord server will be closed. All sample trades, analyses, webinars and supplementary content is shared in the Discord server. The mentoring participant is obliged to enter the Discord server within 12 months after the purchase otherwise the right to access the server expires and is upon the provider's goodwill.
Distributing content in any form, whether the learning material nor the community generated content, is not allowed without the consensus of the provider. UC Trading reserves the right to prohibit access to the UC Trading Discord server or exclude mentoring participants from the Discord server when the impression of fraud, theft or any other form of content transfer emerges or inappropriate behaviour such as racism or sexism is shown. In this case the mentoring participant has no right of a refund. The provider reserves the right to exclude Discord members after an inactivity period of 12 months. ​The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to British copyright law.
